Our Story

 

In 2020, a group of journalists, researchers and learning experts came together to solve a critical workplace problem: employee engagement is at an all-time-low. Our lives have been fundamentally changed by the pandemic, and employees are expecting more from their employers. The workplace needs new tools to succeed in the future. 

iPondr@Work was built out of a need to shape a better workplace culture where every employee feels seen and valued. Individuals need more than free lunches, gym memberships and ergonomic desks. They need and want Empathetic leaders, managers and colleagues that that contribute to a more inclusive workplace and help deliver better business results.
